Sound Healing Class Description: This class is for adults 18 years and older, and will be limited to 12 adult participants per class. In this class, the instructor will lead participants in sound healing (utilizing 7 chakra-tuned Crystal singing bowls) paired with guided breathwork. Sound healing has been shown to improve well-being and sleep and alleviate anxiety, stress, and physical pain.

Your Instructor: Anamaria De La Cruz is an honors graduate of Yale University with degrees in History and Ethnicity, Race and Migration. She holds an MA in Music and is a credentialed CA educator with over 20 years of experience in the fields of Education and Music, with experience teaching students of all ages.
Sound Healing: The cost for group Sound Healing Classes is $25 per 45-minute class, or $100 for 4 classes.
By registering and submitting payment, you will have paid in full for 4 weeks of classes. Should you wish to continue classes after that point, you will have the option of receiving a monthly invoice and paying your bill online or storing a card on file for automatic payments. You will not be charged for classes that do not meet due to national holidays, etc, or classes that are cancelled by the instructor.
Class payments are due on the first of every month and there is a $25 late fee for payments receieved after the 5th of the month. Class subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via written notice (email to delacruz.anamaria@gmail.com) by the 25th of the month.
**I UNDERSTAND THAT DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS SMALL BUSINESS NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR MISSED CLASSES. SHOULD THE INSTRUCTOR NEED TO CANCEL A CLASS IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, A REFUND FOR THE CLASS WILL BE OFFERED.
